About the Office

A private office for discerning travellers.

Bespoke Stays is a small team specialising in high-end stays and private travel arrangements for affluent families — across the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe.

Most booking sites hand you a list of fifty options and leave you to it. The office does the opposite. You share what you need — dates, party size, the things that matter to your family — and three properties are returned, chosen specifically for you, each one already visited and assessed. The booking is then arranged on your behalf, with the best available terms.

The team holds relationships that listing sites do not: with serviced-residence operators and private apartment owners in Mayfair, Belgravia, and Knightsbridge — and, when a hotel suits better, with the front desks of London's grand houses.

Who we serve

Our clients are largely visiting families from the Gulf — for the summer season, for school holidays, for medical visits, or while looking at property in the city. We understand what matters: larger suites and connecting rooms, halal dining nearby, proximity to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge, and an office that answers in both Arabic and English.

How we're paid

Our service is free to you. We're compensated by the hotels and providers we work with — never by adding to your bill, and never in a way that affects which properties we recommend.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact details, travel dates, party size, and any preferences you share. We do not ask for payment-card or passport details through this website.

How we use it

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site, and — with your consent — analytics and referral-tracking cookies. When you click through to a booking provider we work with, a cookie may record that the referral came from us, so any commission is correctly attributed. This does not affect the price you pay. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the banner.

Sharing

We share your details only with the property or partner needed to fulfil your booking. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@bespoke-stays.com.

Our service

Bespoke Stays is a travel-arrangement service. We help you find and book hotels and residences in London. We are not the operator of any property listed, and your stay is subject to the terms of the property or booking partner.

Affiliate disclosure

This comes at no additional cost to you — you pay the same price you would directly — and it never influences which properties we recommend. We only feature properties we would genuinely place our own clients in.

Pricing

Prices shown are indicative "from" rates and may change with season, availability, and length of stay. The final rate is confirmed at the time of booking.

Bookings

For hotels, we book on your behalf and the booking is held with the property. For residences, the booking contract may be between you and the provider, subject to their terms. We facilitate and support throughout, but are not party to that contract.

Liability

We take care to present accurate information but are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party properties or partners. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
